“Long time ago, if you walked down the hill along the Cordone street or walked up the hill through the Cava, on your right, after a small church, you were forced to walk on Via della Commenda. At number 4, three or four steps, a door... there was an old Inn. Entering the door everyone used to have a doubt if it was a private home or not and suddenly the tall and strong owner, Aronne, used to show up: you were supposed to sit and relax, as if feeling to have reached a free zone, under Aronne's protection. Soon the famous Orvieto wine helped you out making you happier...
